Menu Introduction

Our menu represents years of culinary tradition combined with the bold, authentic flavors that define Pakistani cuisine.

We built this collection around what our grandmothers cooked in their home kitchens. What street vendors perfected on busy Karachi corners. What our customers tell us they cannot stop thinking about between visits.

Nothing here gets cooked from frozen or reheated from yesterday. When you place your order, our kitchen team starts preparing your meal using the meat that arrived fresh that morning.

We use vegetables delivered just days ago and spices that came directly from Pakistan.

This approach takes more time and costs more money than using shortcuts. But authentic Pakistani food cannot be rushed or compromised. The result speaks for itself in every flavorful bite.

STREET FOOD

Pakistani Street Food Classics

These are the snacks and starters that fill the streets of Lahore and Karachi. Vendors have spent generations perfecting combinations of textures and flavors that keep customers coming back day after day.

We brought these authentic recipes to Bristol without changing them. The original versions are already perfect.

  • Punjabi Samosa

Traditional triangular pastries filled with spiced potatoes and peas. Wrapped in crispy golden pastry that shatters when you bite into it. Made fresh daily using the same recipe Pakistani families have used for generations. Served with our house-made mint chutney that adds a cooling contrast.

  • Shami Kebab

Soft, melt-in-your-mouth kebabs made from minced meat blended with lentils, fresh herbs, and aromatic spices. Pan-fried until golden on the outside. These represent hours of preparation. The meat and lentils must be cooked separately, ground together, and shaped by hand before cooking.

  • Anda Shami Burger

Our creative take on the classic shami kebab. We sandwich a perfectly cooked shami patty with a fried egg inside a soft bun. Add fresh vegetables and tangy sauces. This has become a customer favorite because it combines traditional Pakistani flavors with the convenience of a handheld meal.

  • Samosa Chaat

Crispy Punjabi samosas broken into bite-sized pieces. Topped with spiced chickpeas, cooling yogurt, sweet and tangy tamarind chutney, and fresh coriander. Every spoonful gives you crunchy, creamy, spicy, sweet, and tangy all at once. This is what makes chaat so addictively good. This is Pakistani street food at its absolute best.

  • Chana Chaat

Chickpeas tossed with diced onions, fresh tomatoes, green chilies, and tangy tamarind sauce. Finished with a squeeze of lemon and fresh coriander. Light, tangy, and full of flavor. Works as a starter before your main course or as a satisfying snack on its own.

  • Papdi Chaat

Crispy fried dough wafers topped with chickpeas, potatoes, yogurt, and chutneys. Layers that create an explosion of textures and flavors in every bite. The papdi stays crispy underneath while the toppings add creaminess and tang. One of Pakistan's most beloved street foods, now served fresh in Bristol.

  • Pani Puri (Gol Gappay)

Hollow crispy shells filled with spiced water, chickpeas, and potatoes. Pop the whole thing into your mouth for an instant burst of tangy, spicy flavor. This is street food at its most fun and interactive. The shells stay crispy right up until the moment you bite down and release all that flavorful liquid inside.
